Dry clean only for embroidered, embellished, silk, organza, chiffon and velvet pieces. For cotton, lawn and linen, gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, do not wring, dry in shade, and iron on low heat on reverse. Store embellished garments folded in a muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight.
Canvassed in serene powder blue base, this beautiful ensemble pairs fluid tailoring with hand-finished detail. The long Korean silk kalidaar is cut with generous flare, allowing the fabric to drape naturally from the waist. The bodice features small buti's ( each buti consists of three separate block done by hand by local artisans ) in deep plum, gold and deep blue accents, creating variation and visual structure. The neckline is accented with delicate hand zardozi details in gold dabka, naqshi, crystals, gota and sequins, with scattered sequins and gota adding a whisper of shimmer. The Korean silk lzaar mirrors the kalidaar in colour and print, with an architectural block-printed border along the hem to anchor the silhouette. A flowing ombre pure medium silk dupatta in deeper aqua completes the set. Crafted from fluid Korean silk, it features oversized floral accents on the corners and a border combining block print, gold gota, and fine edging. Together, this design form a contemporary take on traditional craft; perfect for celebratory events. The length of the long kalidaar is 48 inches.
