Dry clean only for embroidered, embellished, silk, organza, chiffon and velvet pieces. For cotton, lawn and linen, gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, do not wring, dry in shade, and iron on low heat on reverse. Store embellished garments folded in a muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight.
Product Description:
This chaddar reveals its beauty in framing and detail. Worked on charcoal grey jamawar, its expanse adorned with Mughal-inspired motifs rendered in aari embroidery. Fine resham threads in vibrant tones animate the forms, their richness glowing against the dark base. Encircling the piece, hot pink embroidered borders create a continuous rhythm of ornament. At the four corners, turquoise appliqué breaks the symmetry with bold flourish. This balance of order and punctuation makes the chaddar both striking and meticulously finished.
